Who is Justin J. Storm?

Life Coach:

I am a coach.  I have been a coach for as long as I can remember.  Not a coach in the traditional, athletic sense but someone who guides others towards fulfillment, peace, and happiness. I have formalized this life-long passion, by becoming a Certified Life Coach who attentively, intuitively, and effectively assists Millennials to become their best selves. This process of  helping others to identify core values, create meaningful goals, and fulfill their potential is a work I deeply and passionately love.

Millennial:

I am a Millennial having been born in the fantastic year of the Monkey (1980).  I have tread the path of life that most Millennials are just beginning with career (13 years of experience), marriage (on my second), and children (four of my own and one fantastic step daughter).  I love life and want to help other Millennials love it as well.

Family Man:

I am the lucky husband of Tamara Louise Storm (who I love deeply) and the proud father of five awesome children.  I sincerely enjoy the process of growing up with these six wonderful individuals.  Tamie and I are continually learning and growing as parents, adults, and community members.  Our five children are actively learning about morality, work, and interdependence.  I love my family.

Marketing Professional:

I am a product marketing professional who has managed and led numerous cross-functional teams over a 13 year career.  During this time, I have learned and experienced many dos and don’ts of working with individuals, teams, executive leadership groups, and powerful customers. It was also during this time that I was able to earn an MBA from UNC Charlotte.

Community Member:

I serve regularly in the community as an ESL (english as a second language) teacher, Mentor for U.C. Irvine MBA students, and Mission leader through my church.  My favorite community responsibilities are those where I am able to uplift and inspire others to fulfill their potential.

Dancing Machine!:

I love to dance.  Fortunately, my children do as well.  See below for a couple of videos that show our passion for gettin down!

My kids and I performed Michael Jackson: Man in the Mirror for the Black & Decker Christmas party years ago.

We had a lip sync battle a couple of summers ago in Tahoe.  Emerson, my only son and lip sync champion, can be found at 13:48.  My performance, Alanis: Head over Feet, followed his at around 17:30.  This family got dope moves!
