What is a life coach and do you need one?
Life Coaching is one of the fastest growing professions but its value and application is still unknown by many. In this video, I clarify the role of a life coach, what it is, what it is not, and if you need one.
The Millennial Challenge:
We, Millennials, are a great, but challenged, generation. We are known for charitable giving, empathetic parenting, entrepreneurship, and being the future of Corporate America. We are also confident in ourselves, the future, and our ability to change the world. At the same time, Millennials are facing unprecedented challenges in the three D’s of debt, divorce, and depression. With so much potential, assistance is often needed to help Millennials navigate life’s uncertain and challenging terrain.
My objective as Your Millennial Coach is to guide Millennials through, what I call, the CIA process. The CIA is known for gathering, processing, and analyzing national security information and acting on it. My clients do the same as it relates to their success by:
- C – Clarifying values, vision, passions
- I – Identifying hurdles, challenges, gaps
- A – Action that leads to incredible results
