As it comes to being coached, especially life coaching, I was hesitant and skeptical to say the least. I had no idea what to expect and was not looking forward to the first session. Much to my surprise I actually enjoyed the discussion and felt a genuine sense of interest from Justin. He made it easy to have an open dialogue about issues that might otherwise be difficult to share. I found myself looking forward to the next meeting to report my progress and talk about what occurred as I worked toward my goals. This was definitely a great experience and I would recommend it, especially to those skeptics out there.
